In the closing days of Florida's high-stakes races for governor and US senator, President Donald Trump and former President Barack Obama will try to rally the Republican and Democratic faithful in the state. Bill Nelson and Democratic nominee for governor Andrew Gillum.

Trump already plans to host a MAGA (that's Make America Great Again) rally in Fort Myers on October 31.

President Trump is expected to attend rallies across the country to boost Republican candidates in several states.

"Barack Obama has been my friend since I first introduced him to Florida in 2005, when he was a rising political star", Nelson said in a press release.

Since Labour Day, the president has addressed 19 rallies and 11 are left on his schedule, thus making 30 rallies after Labour Day. He visited OH earlier this month to promote Republican gubernatorial candidate Mike DeWine, U.S. Senate candidate Jim Renacci, and congressman Steve Chabot.

Between Oct. 31st and November 5th, Trump will make stops in West Virginia, Indiana, Montana, Georgia, andTennessee, along with two stops each in Florida and Missouri.

Just one week away from the midterm elections that could give Democrats control of the House of Representatives, analysts are saying much isn't likely to change policy-wise, Bloomberg reports.

The website states he will be speaking at the Pensacola International Airport at 5:30 p.m. Doors open at 2:30 p.m.

Obama will appear at a rally at the Ice Palace Film Studios in Miami on Friday.

Trump has also fielded Vice President Mike Pence and a host of surrogates to campaign for the Republican candidates and going to key districts and key states to support them.
