Spacey breaks silence, shares video invoking Frank Underwood ahead of arraignment

It was then that the teenager allegedly recorded the video. According to the defense, the groping was consensual.

The alleged victim admitted he lied to Spacey about his age, saying he was a 23-year-old college student attending Wake Forest University, the complaint states. They tried to rush Spacey's arraignment, saying the Oscar victor was on the island and could make his initial court appearance that afternoon, December 20.

Reps for Spacey and Massachusetts State Police did not immediately respond to a request for comment Wednesday. The apparent victim claimed Spacey boasted about his genitalia.

After meeting the actor and telling him he was 23 years old - the legal drinking age is 21 in MA - he started drinking first beer and then whiskey with Spacey. As the pair stood before the piano player at Club Car, the actor apparently proceeded to rub the 18-year-old's thigh and unzipped his trousers.

The alleged victim told police that he couldn't move away easily because the bar was packed.

Spacey is now facing criminal charges in regards to the alleged July 2016 incident.

"I know what you want - you want me back", Spacey purrs to creepy effect. But he stayed in the bar in the hopes of getting a picture with Spacey.

The case became public after Heather Unruh, a former TV news anchor in Boston, came forward and said that Spacey assaulted her teenage son. "Things started to get a little fuzzy when (Unruh's son) and Spacey went over to the piano", Donovan wrote in the report.

Two defense lawyers for Spacey failed last week to get a court clerk magistrate to rule there wasn't enough evidence for him to be charged. The clip comes just a few hours after a number of media outlets reported that the Oscar-winning actor is being charged for felony sexual assault of a teenage boy in MA.

The video was posted to Spacey's Twitter account and the tweet now has over 16,000 retweets and 45,000 likes.

The fallout resulted in Spacey, who won a best actor Oscar in 2000 for American Beauty, being dropped from the final season of "House of Cards" and erased from the 2017 movie All the Money in the World. The disgraced actor subsequently argued how he was innocent. Regardless, he says, viewers "want me back". Oh sure, they may have tried to separate us.

"I know what you want". "I can promise you this". I showed you exactly what people are capable of. Did you? All this presumption made for such an unsatisfying ending and to think it could have been such a memorable send off.
