That's because two big Nintendo adventures are launching that month - each featuring a lovely handcrafted style, platforming gameplay for players of all ages and beloved Nintendo characters.

Yoshi's Crafted World will allow players to explore a diorama-like world make of boxes and paper cups.

"Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn" and "Yoshi's Crafted World" are both releasing in March, Nintendo announced Tuesday via press release.

One wrinkle to the usual platformer proceedings is that "stages can be played backwards, providing new perspectives to explore and new ways to locate some of the more craftily hidden items".

Yoshi's Crafted World will be now arriving on March 29th and Kirby's Epic Yarn on March 9th. This being a Nintendo Switch title, you can play the game as a two-player co-op. The classic pink hero Kirby is returning in a Nintendo 3DS version of "Kirby's Epic Yarn", which originally released for the Nintendo Wii. Every stage in the original Wii version is woven in here, but the new version has some additional features, including some new mini-games that feature familiar faces King Dedede and Meta Knight. There's also new furniture to personalize Kirby's Pad, and a new Devilish mode if you breeze through the game too easily the first time. Top it all off with amiibo compatibility that gives Kirby new hats and abilities, and there's quite a bit "Extra" indeed!
