Kylie Jenner Is Officially The Youngest 'Self-Made' Billionaire Ever

Kylie has now become the youngest billionaire at the age of 21 years by selling her cosmeti products online and in some of the pop - up shops.

Jenner, 21, now claims the spot over Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, who was 23 when he took the title.

Jenner is worth $1 billion, according to Forbes, thanks in part to her company Kylie Cosmetics signing an exclusive deal with Ulta Beauty past year. She added that the recognition "feels really good".

Forbes put 2,153 billionaires on its 2019 list, down from 2,208 in 2018, and said their total combined net worth was $8.7 trillion, down from $9.1 trillion in 2018.

The make-up mogul signed an exclusive distribution deal in November previous year with beauty store chain Ulta to stock her $29 lip kits - a matte liquid lipstick and matching lip liner - into the company's 1,000-plus stores across 50 states in the U.S., having previously sold only online or occasionally at pop-up shops. "Khloe is strong, but she's really leaning on her family and friends during this time".

She attributed the success of her business to her millions of followers and "power of social media".

Marketing is carried out through social media, primarily dependent on Ms Jenner's enormous following. "But we can show them better than we could ever tell them I love you". "What I'm trying to say is I did have a platform, but none of my money is inherited".

With Jenner pocketing most of the funds as the sole owner of the operation, and her other sources of income like brand partnerships and involvement on E!'s "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", she now has an estimated fortune of $1 billion, the site reports. "I honestly don't wake up even thinking about it". Kylie reportedly owns 100 percent of Kylie Cosmetics, which happens to be her very own cosmetic range.
