Amy Poehler and Tina Fey to host the 2021 Golden Globes

Poehler, who starred in Parks and Recreation, now co-hosts the NBC crafts competition Making It, which has been renewed for a third season, Poehler also announced on Saturday.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have signed on to return as the hosts of the Golden Globes for the 2021 telecast!

At last Sunday's ceremony, Gervais' snarky jokes in his fifth turn as host received mixed reviews and reactions from the celebrity audience. "We can't wait to see the dynamic duo return to the Golden Globes stage". The ladies, who last hosted the awards show in 2015, will be taking the hosting duties from this year's host Ricky Gervais, who hosted a total of five times.

Added Amy Thurlow, president, Dick Clark Prods.: "Tina and Amy have provided Golden Globes viewers with some of the most memorable moments the show has ever seen", said Amy Thurlow, President of dick clark productions. Poehler and Fey earned a warmer reception for their comedic approach.

Gervais repeatedly said during the ceremony that it was the last time he meant to host. They've also won at the awards - Fey twice for her role on "30 Rock", and Poehler once for her work on "Parks and Recreation".

A specific date has not yet been announced for the 2021 Globes.

Fey, along with Robert Carlock, is co-creator and an executive producer of NBC's upcoming Universal Television-produced untitled comedy series starring Ted Danson as L.A.'s mayor.
