Viju Khote of Kaalia fame passes away at 78

He is actress Shubha Khote's younger brother. The actor's last rites will be held today at Electric Crematorium, Chandanwaaadi, Girgaon. His popular films include Sholay, Andaz Apna Apna, Qurbani, Karz, Nagina and China Gate, among others. His dialogue from the same film, 'Sardar maine aapka namak khaya hai' is still remembered by many. On television, he is most remembered for his role in Zabaan Sambhalke (1993).
