Netflix Confirm Release Date For New Tiger King Episode

Can't stop talking about Tiger King?

Comprising seven episodes, Tiger King tells the tale of Joe Maldonado-Passage, known as Joe Exotic, a 57-year-old who built an empire with a zoo, and a shady animal-breeding and selling business.

On Twitter, a shirtless McHale appeared in a special video announcement for the upcoming after-show, wearing a Joe Exotic-style cowboy hat and a leopard-print scarf wrapped around his neck.

In an interview with Netflix last month, Joe said, "I'm done with the Carole Baskin saga".

Exotic is now serving 22 years on counts of murder for hire against his sworn enemy Carole Baskin, as well as animal abuse on some of his over 200 wild cats. Community star Joel McHale will host, promising an "eye-opening and hopefully funny" experience. Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness is available to watch on Netflix now.

The Netflix documentary series will air one more episode on Sunday, and it will seemingly provide a real-time update on what your favorite (or least favorite) personalities are up to now.

In the series, Exotic repeatedly claims Baskin killed her first husband, who went missing in the late 90s and fed him to one of her tigers.

Joe "Exotic" Maldonado-Passage could soon be trading in his prison stripes, if The Donald takes pity on his case.

The fact still remains whether the sequel will do the same disservice to the real victims i.e. the tigers as the Netflix original documentary did. The next series will focus on Don Lewis, Carole Baskin's missing husband.

McHale said he interviewed people from the show, including John Reinke, Joshua Dial, John Finlay, Saff, Erik Cowie, Rick Kirkman, and Jeff and Lauren Lowe.
