Manchester United face Chelsea in FA Cup semi-finals

The semi-finals will be played at Wembley and will take place across the weekend of July 18-19.

But City have been rampant against Arsenal in recent years, and beat Mikel Arteta's side 3-0 when they faced each other 10 days ago in the first game back from the coronavirus hiatus.

Substitutes made the difference as Chelsea and Arsenal both won away from home to reach the FA Cup semifinals.

Manchester United, who last won the competition in 2016, booked their place in the last four on Saturday when Harry Maguire forced home the decisive goal in extra-time to clinch his side a 2-1 win at Norwich.

Ross Barkley's second-half strike was enough to seal Chelsea's spot in the FA Cup semi-finals on Sunday evening.

The hosts' David McGoldrick netted on either side of goals from Nicholas Pepe and Dani Ceballos, with the latter scoring at stoppage time. David McGoldrick cancelled out a first half Nicolas Pepe penalty and just as it looked as though we were heading for extra-time, Dani Ceballos slotted home a late victor for the Gunners. So unless the Magpies can turn things around in the second half, City will be heading to Wembley to face Arsenal.

England striker Raheem Sterling added a second goal in the 68th minute, superbly striking home a low shot after fine approach work by Aymeric Laporte, Phil Foden and Benjamin Mendy.

The FA Cup Newcastle United vs Manchester City will be played at the St. James' Park. But 16th-place Watford remains one point above the drop zone with six games left.
