"Rematch previously defeated bosses in single and consecutive battles", From says.

The new Gauntlets of Strength provide "single-life challenges that will truly test only the bravest warriors... or the most foolish". This update will include what is referred to as "Reflection of Strength / Gauntlet of Strength", which will basically serve as a boss rush. When you record a "Remnant" - think expert vanquishing of an enemy or the flawless demonstration of a hard technique - you can upload the recording and add a written comment for the benefit of the entire community.

Good news for fans of FromSoftware's Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

Players can also change the Wolf's appearance, with three new forms. It is called "Gauntlet of Strength" and you face these super hard enemies in "consecutive battles" with only one life (we assume the resurrection mechanic might still work).

First of all, it will be possible to challenge already conquered bosses as often as you wish. It's a combination of the soapstone and blood stain systems you'll remember from Dark Souls - only this time, you'll have a bit more control over what other players are seeing in their game. The other two are tied to the new Gauntlets mode. The idea behind these will be familiar if you've played any of the studio's past games. It would be notorious that every outfits are purely cosmetic in nature. Through these Remnants, one could hope that they or others may gain the knowledge and further insight to overcome their current obstacle. If another player views and rates a Remnant, the owner will have their HP recover for free, saving them from using Sculptor's Idols or Healing Gourds. This gives players great incentive to share their wisdom and tricks with their peers.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. That's the same day the game is coming to Google Stadia.
